How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please log into your account.
If you have not registered for an account, you can do so here using the email address associated with your most recent order.
What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation?
If you are unable to locate your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail. If you still are unable to locate the email, please contact us
Can I add a note to my order?
Yes, when adding a product to the cart you can add a note and we'll do our best to add it in your order
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found within the order details in your account, or on the carrier’s website.
Our standard order processing time is up to seven business days. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. If you have questions about whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service team.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return by sending an email to galano.sports@gmail.com. You will only need to provide the order number and the email address used to make the purchase and follow the given instructions.
Returns can be requested from anywhere in the world. Once requested, a refund of the total amount of the product will be issued to the indicated method, minus the costs of shipping the product back to the warehouse. The different shipping methods available are indicated on this page a little further down, and the cost is the responsibility of the customer.
The time it takes for the total amount of the product to arrive will depend on the bank from which the funds were sent, and it may take between 1 and 10 days.
Only if the product you receive is defective or there is an error, the brand will cover the cost of the return. To do this, you must contact galano.sports@gmail.com, stating your name and order number in the subject line and explaining what happened, and we will handle it
